Mediterranean Luxury Resort living at its finest

According to Mr Sameh Muhtadi (CEO of Emaar Misr),

“Marassi is one of the premier mixed-use communities in Egypt, and every component of this world-class project has been carefully planned to create a distinctive lifestyle experience. Sidi Abdel Rahman is the most historic beach in Egypt and is a much-preferred Mediterranean tourist destination. Our MoU with The Ritz-Carlton calls for developing a luxury resort to further consolidate Marassi’s appeal to tourists and residents, and contribute to the region’s prosperity.”

The proposed luxury property development will include a 150-room resort and 50 private villas, all in a short distance from a luxury world-class golf course, making this an amazing destination for golf and beach lovers alike. Anyone interested in a luxury beach vacation and a luxury golf vacation may have found what they are looking for in this luxury resort.

The Ritz-Carlton at Marassi’s design will be inspired by its surrounding beachfront location. This luxury resort will feature an endless collection of amenities including international restaurants, beverage outlets, and a world-class spa. The guests at this luxury resort will also be able to enjoy aquatic sports at the Marina Club in Marassi. This Marina currently being developed also has a dry storage facility, which will serve to the yachting community.

The Marassi itself is a 6.25 million sq m, Mediterranean-styled gated community. It features luxury living with a world-class beach resort, a vibrant town center, marina, golf course, and hotels set in lush greenery and lagoons.
